Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LoyalBond, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of LoyalBond, including restaurant owners, staff members, and end customers.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Each account is for a single business owner. You may add staff members through the platform's staff management feature.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a LoyalBond account.

LoyalBond offers a 14-day free trial with access to all features. After the trial, a paid subscription (₹999/month + 18% GST) is required to continue.

WhatsApp messaging credits are charged separately based on usage at ₹0.25 per utility message and ₹1.50 per marketing message.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions offer a 16% discount.

All prices are exclusive of GST. GST invoice will be provided upon request.

You agree to use LoyalBond only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp's policies.

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before collecting their data or sending them WhatsApp messages.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the LoyalBond platform.

WhatsApp messaging is powered by Meta's WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

LoyalBond is not responsible for message delivery failures due to incorrect phone numbers, customer opt-outs, or WhatsApp API restrictions.

Unused WhatsApp credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

Your use of LoyalBond is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

You retain ownership of your customer data. LoyalBond processes this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

LoyalBond is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
